Obama knows full well that a tax increase to people making over $200-250 thousand is a tax increase for all! Pulling the wool over the eyes of the American people has been easy for him so far but hopefully it is coming to an end.
He has managed to spend us into oblivion in less than two years. After all, it is not his money, it is the taxpayers. Oh sorry, in his mind, that is his money since there is no real congress to break his arm when he raids the treasury or borrow to finance his socialistic aims.
He was right there at the forefront of creating the “Sub-Prime” mess in collusion with ACORN and the entire Maxine Waters-Hillary Clinton crowd.
His tax and spend bailouts and stimulus bills have failed miserably and even gaffer side-kick and sycophant Joe Biden finally admitted so in a left-handed way last week by saying that “we should have spent more!”
His new gig is to go around the country accusing Republican groups of using foreign contributions to win the November elections. Beside the fact that these are BOLDFACE LIES, what is his beef? He’s the one that went overseas and apologized to the world on our behalf and without asking us for the permission to do so. He is the one that wants to turn us into Europe with its socialistic stagnation and ineptitude.
And the final big obfuscation of facts! He now travels the country telling his base (the rest of us know it is not true) that the upcoming tax hikes (the obviating of the Bush tax cuts) WILL ONLY AFFECT THE RICH. It is part of that “hope and changey” thing using the “class-warfare” approach he knows works with his base.
The facts are that it is the largest tax hike in American history! Taxes on individual income, capital gains and dividends are all set to rise. EVERYONE IS AFFECTED! Harvard professor Greg Mankiw recently stated: “Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking that when the government taxes the rich, only the rich bear the burden."
Estimates by the Heritage Foundation Center for Data Analysis indicate that the Obama move would:
· Decrease inflation-adjusted gross domestic product (GDP) by $1.1 trillion by 2020; 2
· Decrease business investment by $33 billion a year
· Decrease personal savings by $38 billion in 2011 alone
· Decrease consumer spending by $706 billion through 2020
· Kill an average of 693,000 jobs a year through 2020
For instance, West Virginians will see a staggering individual income tax rise by $1.6 billion. Nevadans will lose $2,697 per household in disposable income and Wisconsin will lose 14,083 jobs annually of the Messiah gets his way. Obfuscation of the facts is pretty typical of the Obama Administration. You surely remember that the healthcare bill was going to reduce costs; NOT! The stimulus bills that had to be signed over a weekend was going to hold unemployment to 8.00%; NOT! That apologizing to the world in the name of America was going to create overflowing love for us; NOT! Cap & Trade and the green revolution was going to create millions of high paying jobs in the face of failures to do so in Europe; NOT!
On November 2nd the American people need to begin “throwing out the trash!”
